Andy Burnham MP

Dear Andy Burnham MP

Re: News from the author of “From Hillsborough to Lambeth”

It was with delight that I read about your constructive activities in Brian Pead’s chronology of events since 2006.

This comes to you hoping that you can help us advance our goals and objectives as McKenzie Friends who are operating as voluntary public interest advocates. For one of the charges that Brian has to suffer is ‘impersonating a barrister’ when he was simply acting as lay legal advisor, i.e. as McKenzie Friend.

I got a letter from him when he was in HMP Norwich after he got imprisoned on 14 May 2014 and sentenced to a total of eight months. Since I had met him before, I visited him in the cell before and after his court hearing as a McKenzie Friend and learned more about the atrocious bullying, harassment and torture by authorities at all levels and across the country.

In the spirit of Tom Watson MP’s request to Establish a National Inquiry into Organised Child Sexual Abuse, I published as we have gathered a lot of evidence relating to child snatching and forced adoptions as punishment without crime.

Since Brian is not in your constituency, you won’t be able to do much for him individually. But he is representative of

  • whistleblowers of paedophilia who get traumatised and tortured instead of being recompensed
  • victims of extreme and exceptional harassment by police and in prisons
  • white collar crimes among lawyers and in courts
  • the impossibility of litigants in person to advance their cases whilst in prison.

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions,

Yours gratefully in advance!
